- MLOS 3 nights is required.

- Number of tickets equivalent to the number of guests staying in the room.

- Guests are entitled to one park entry per person per stay.

- The Waterpark operating hours: 10 AM until Sunset. The Waterpark Day Pass provides access to the Waterpark & Beach area only.

- Age Classification:

- Child: 3 to 7 years old and below 1.2 meters height

- Adult: above 7 years old and above 1.2 meters height

- Vouchers will be issued by Guest Relations Team for each staying guest separately after check-in. The voucher is valid only for the date, room number and name written on the voucher. It cannot be transferred to other names. Multiple entries are not permitted with the same voucher.

- The Waterpark and Rixos Premium Dubai reserve the right to stop this partnership at any time.

- Guests may rent the towels and lockers from the Waterpark with an extra cost. Please be informed that the guests will not be allowed to take hotel’s towels to the Waterpark.

- In case of a cancellation for an existing booking, there will be no reconfirmation under the same name and family name.
